I am a dedicated driving instructor with a strong background in education, having spent over a decade training across various professional sectors. I specialise in working with neurodivergent, anxious, and nervous students, focusing on building the confidence and skills needed to become a safe, independent driver.

Looking ahead, I am committed to raising industry standards by supporting the development of PDIs and ADIs. My goal is to move away from "one-size-fits-all" training by helping fellow instructors refine their coaching techniques and adopt modern, client-centred lesson structures. I aim to provide the clear direction and honest feedback required to help instructors bridge the gap between basic teaching and high-level professional coaching.
I am focused on creating a supportive environment where both student learners and fellow professionals can reach their full potential.
